We want you to love your purchase from the tattooed quilter. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products:

• All digital products (downloads, patterns, printables, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

• If you experience an issue accessing or using your file, please contact us at thetattooedquilter@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve it.

2. Physical Products:

• Eligibility: Returns are not accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at thetattooedquilter@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
