1. Digital Products:

  • Delivery method: Digital products (such as PDFs, patterns, downloads, etc.) are delivered electronically.

  • Timing: You’ll receive a download link immediately after purchase and/or by email confirmation.

  • Issues: If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us at thetattooedquilter@gmail.com

2. Physical Products:

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received.

  • Shipping carriers: We currently use USPS.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We currently ship to the lower 48 United States.

  • International: We do not currently ship internationally.

5. Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or service interruptions).

6. Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
