Bats and Boos Mystery Sew Along...Final Week

IMG_3132.2.jpg

The Halloween mystery quilt along hosted by Kimberly and Fat Quarter Shop has come to an end!

The Bats and Boos Mystery Sew Along started August 2nd with a FREE block pattern releasing every week for four weeks! I’m so happy I was asked to join. I had a delightfully spooky time!

Download the finishing instructions below.

Catch up and watch the finishing instructions on the Fat Quarter Shop YouTube Channel. I also enjoyed following along on Pat Sloan’s YouTube Channel.

This hauntingly delicious mini quilt finishes at 40 1/2” square. I made mine using some of my favorite Riley Blake Designs basics including Blossom, Kisses, Kaleidoscope, and more. Did you notice I changed my pumpkin block? I thought Shabby was a better choice, especially after using it to make block 3.

I’m very proud of the end result — it’s chic and modern! Now off to the quilter…

Looking for more inspiration? Check out my fellow quilters who stitched along too!

Post your progress and finished quilts using the hashtag #BatsAndBoosQAL and #BatsAndBoosSAL on Instagram. And, oh my gourd, there are so many wonderful versions. You guys are an inspiration!
